Not required, but it helps us fix whatever went wrong.

Orders that haven't shipped yet can usually be stopped. Once a bottle has been opened, sales are final. If your order arrived damaged, email terpspray@gmail.com within 48 hours instead — that's handled as a replacement, not a cancellation.
