Return and Refund Policy

At Terp Spray Official, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once your order has been processed and shipped.


However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and may offer one of the following resolutions:


  • A replacement for the same item, or
  • A store credit for the value of the product (excluding shipping).



Eligibility requirements:


  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case.



Non-returnable items include:


  • Used or opened products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Digital downloads or gift cards



Order Issues or Missing Packages:

Once your order has been shipped, Terp Spray Official is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier. Please contact USPS or your local delivery provider directly for assistance. We will, however, help you file a claim when possible.
