At Terp Spray Official, we work hard to process and ship all orders quickly and securely. Please review the details below before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We primarily ship using USPS Priority Mail or equivalent carriers.

Typical U.S. delivery times: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

International shipping is available in select regions. Transit times vary and may be affected by customs delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Terp Spray Official is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments, but we will assist you with filing a claim through the carrier when possible.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

6. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at terpspray@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your order details carefully before submitting payment.
